Almost all smartphones have the hotpoint and tethering function included, probably the older models can`t do the trick

You can share your internet traffic to as many gadgets, as you please, but as their number increases, let`s say three, the speed would be affected. In addition, you will have to watch the duration of the sharing, unless you have an unlimited plan
