Anyone remember Palm ? no, didn’t think so perhaps a few of you may but Palm is long since gone the last bit of it’s legacy purchased by HP was WebOS which has since been sold on to LG well interestingly Qualcomm has purchased heaps of patents from HP that are related to Palm, iPAQ and Bitfone – the last of which being the less interesting but the iPAQ was a hugely popular device as was Palm (again, in it’s day)
Qualcomm for those who do not know are possibly the largest supplier of android based CPUs at the moment it’s hugely popular Snapdragon series can be found in millions of devices world wide.
