HTC and Sprint have confirmed they are having trouble getting the EVO 4G LTE device updates to at least Android 4.3 due to rom issues and limitations on the device preventing OTA updates. However HTC’s new found customer care is not to be under estimated as they are pushing forward with plans to provide a detailed process thats simple to update the device directly rather than OTA
