I think this type of networks have to exist in every community, not precisely in big urban areas

Still, there is the security issue that remains challenging: are major providers as Verizon ready for facing potential critics? In additional, how many free hotspots can install in an area, to satisfy all the needs of their customers? Are they limited to a certain period of time, like 1-2h or access?

We still don’t have this type of networks in my country, but I’m not complaining, the internet providers here have some very affordable offers for most of the locals, maybe we will see this kind of networks here in the future.
