Kiss All markets seem to be controlled by 1-5 biggest guys and there is no more shares for the others.

This is the first time I heard about U.S Cellular

As you said wireless providers, I was curious: do they offer wireless acces to their customers, either using postpaid or prepaid packages or as a simple tourist, you can access their networks, without buying any package?
