We have been talking a lot about the M8 device from HTC which still has no official name yet however the device will not have one thing that we all thought would be a big thing this year, thats right folks no 2k display. This is not a bad thing, it’s a good thing as DDP would say.. display increases to 2k have been highlighted as purely a marketing thing given that most people cannot see pixels within a 1080 setup anyway.

So far the M8 has provided more questions than answers, finger print scanner, dual cameras on the back, 1080 display are all but confirmed and of course all rumours so the one thing I can say for certain is nothing is certain with the M8 but the eyes are on HTC as they look to stop the sinking ship from sinking any further.

As rumoured, the upcoming HTC promises to be a wonder. For the moment, HTC One Max has fulfilled my expectations. What I truly wish to see on the new HTC is an improved battery life, I was in trouble in finding an external battery to fit HTC One Max, since I used it constantly at work
