This is a 3g modem and works with Windows 7 as well as Windows 10. You can see the statistics graph in Windows 7 but it is not visible in Windows 10. As far as speed is concerned it went up to 6 Mbps ( BSNL) but I think speed depends on the operator you have. I have not tested it's wifi option so can't say anything about that.
