App Usage: Likes: 1. The app provides a lot of choices for users to choose from.
2. Headspace is a good way to de-stress. It also has special categories for the kind of video lectures that you would need.
3. The app works with meditation without involving anything like spirituality or religion making it an app good for everyone.
Dislikes: 1. The worse part about Headspace is the cost. While it may be worth it, there is a lot to consider as the need for meditation is high among teenagers, school going, or college students. The price is well out of reach of many.
2. The Headspace for Android lacks many features that the iPhone has had for months.
