Friend recommendations in Quick Add are based on who you're already friends with, who you subscribe to, and other factors. Even if you don’t upload your contacts to Snapchat, or you delete your previously uploaded contacts, you may still see friends in Quick Add for other reasons, such as if you’re in other Snap chatters’ contacts.
