To add a new friend, tap the Add Friend icon in the top-right corner. You'll need to provide the Discord username or tag in the box provided. Once you've typed this in, tap the Send Friend Request button. You'll need to wait for the friend request to be accepted.
Add Using Their Profile means If you didn't find your friends using search, add people using their Discord profile, but some caveats apply. This method doesn't allow you to add a friend from their profile if they aren't part of your Discord server or you aren't joined to their server.
