You have to follow following steps to upload a video on YouTube by YouTube Studio App:
- Open the YouTube Studio app.
- At the top, tap Create.
- Select the file that you'd like to upload.
- If your video is 60 seconds or less and has a square or vertical aspect ratio, it will be uploaded as a Short.
- If your video is longer than 60 seconds and has a square or vertical aspect ratio, you can tap “Edit into a Short” to trim your video and upload it as a Short. Learn more.
- Add details to your video, such as a title (max 100 characters), the privacy settings, and monetization settings.
- Tap Next.
- Choose your audience, “Yes, it’s made for kids" or "No, it’s not made for kids." Learn more about made for kids.
- Tap Upload video to publish your video.
YouTube Shorts is a way for anyone to turn an idea into a chance to connect with new audiences anywhere in the world. Using YouTube’s Shorts creation tools, you can upload a short-form vertical video as a Short.
- Open the YouTube Studio app.
- On the top, tap Create and then Upload a video.

- Tap UPLOAD SHORT to publish your Shorts.
Enter the relevant keywords for the tutorial.
Provide the complete url of the video starting with http.
