As I work online, I am in daily need of seamless internet but the connectivity is comparatively low at my place. I use internet many hours a day and I have used this service provider last 15 or more years. However, there has always been signal strength issues.

The best thing about Idea service provider is that one can at least get a minimum of signal strength anywhere in India. As I travel a lot, this is very helpful. Some other service providers in India do not have any internet access in remote areas of the country.

As I said earlier, at many places, including the place I live in now, the signal strength is very low. So I am just using this connection for making phone calls and using another service provider for accessing internet.

I would suggest Idea improve its signal strength in remote areas of the country and I would also like to suggest they reduce call drops. The internet connection sometimes fails even when signal is there.
