Today iam going to share my personal experience about idea.Idea is the best cell phone network company. Iam using idea almost 6 years. i upgraded my sim to 4g. 3g network is available all over in kerala but 4g is not available in some places. 3g and 4g speed is great. whenever I got the network is good calling voice quality is good and doesn't drop. The call rate is minimum lower to compare with other network.The customer service provided by them is very useful and fast the support from the customer is also good they solve our query anytime. Now idea tariff plan is very good compare to a year before. Idea gives high tariff plans with low cost. Now IAM happy with idea.
