Likes:
• The option of GIFS in the messenger is really fun to use and make boring conversations interesting too.
• The important documents are extremely easy to access as they are included in the teams in “wiki portion”.
• Users can group message people in their department or even chat privately.

Dislikes:
• It takes users time to identify that the wiki portion is located at the sidebar.
• You cannot delete a message on chat tab once it's sent.
• If you open a skype invitation, it will not open in teams automatically.
