App Features and Capabilities Meditation – In this section of the app you can select the meditation type from free, Guided, and 3minutes. In the free option, you can select Starting Gong to start the sound, Intermediate Gongs for middle sound, End Gong for end sound, and Sound for the overall meditation session.
Programs – In this function of the app there are different options such as below. You can flitter the options based on Program Languages such as English, French, German, and Spanish, you can also sort by Duration.
