Mobitel/ Sri Lanka is the service provider I have been using from the beginning over other because of  its fair charges & the island wide coverage. The landmark I reviewed has 3G/HSDPA signals but hardly 4G/LTE signals. However 3-5 MB/s uninterrupted speed can still be experienced with above signal strength. Clear voice is always there.
So that I think mobitel is the better choice
