If your Mobitel sim got damaged or if it lose connection you can follow this steps to get a new one to replace it.

First you need to visit any of Mobitel Outlet.
That can be Mobitel counter at Singer Mega or Mobitel authorized service center. 
So you need to bring your ID card.
Then you can replace it within few seconds.
 
Charges Applicable as follows
Standard SIM -Rs.100.00
4G LTE SIM – Rs.200.00
Micro /NANO SIM- Rs.200.0
