Service is really good on the area, There is a strong signal everywhere around Barrio Sucre, Voice quality is very good, you can hear the other person clearly even if it's movilnet-movistar. About the data speed, since my phone does not have 4G LTE maximum I can reach is H+ which is very fast, I barely have any problem with it, Service cost I'd have to say it is very cheap, but it is because of the data plan that I have, it's very old, doesn't provide 4G, but it's very cheap.

I'd recommend movistar to the people in the area since it's a cheap service and provides good signal.

Im getting H right now but it variates between H+ and H.
