Nathula Pass

Nathula Pass is a mountain pass located in the Himalayas in the Indian state of Sikkim. It is situated at an altitude of 4,310 meters (14,140 feet) above sea level and connects the Indian state of Sikkim with Tibet Autonomous Region of China. The pass is an important part of the historic Silk Road and was once a major trade route between India and Tibet.
