The app is very detailed and easy to use. It is an excellent asset to have while shopping for Nike sports gear. Every product is pictured with amazing clarity and a detailed description. You can customize a variety of shoes which is an amazing fact.

The selection and suggestion provided in this app are great. Early access to products make this app more amazing. It gives you special birthday gift coupon which includes amazing discounts on your favorite shoes and clothes.

Dislikes:
The app consume a lot of time while giving payment options which makes it a bit frustrating. A lot of shoes available on Nike app are much expensive than others.

Live chat customer support is really slow and it doesn’t offers you much like other apps customer support. The process of returning order needs to be improved as it takes a lot of time to change size if you have ordered a wrong size number.
