Pemayangtse Monastery is a Buddhist monastery located in the state of Sikkim, India. It is one of the oldest and most important monasteries of the Nyingma order of Buddhism and was built in the 17th century. The name Pemayangtse means "Perfect Sublime Lotus" in the Bhutia language.

The monastery is located on a hilltop near the town of Pelling, and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It is a three-storied structure with intricate wood carvings and paintings, and houses numerous statues and thangkas (Buddhist religious paintings) depicting the life and teachings of Guru Rinpoche, who is considered the patron saint of Sikkim.

The main prayer hall of the monastery houses a large statue of Guru Rinpoche, as well as statues of other important Buddhist deities. The monastery also has a library which contains a collection of ancient Buddhist scriptures and manuscripts.
