The plan i have is a 1299 plan which has a speed of up to 3 Mbps paired with a telephone landline. I usually use my plan to browse through the internet with websites such as, facebook & youtube

They have a reliable internet connection, although the speeds are not really impressive but nonetheless it is actually stable.

For the amount i am paying it is actually quite expensive compared to other ISP from other countries
often times they will have a scheduled maintenance and the internet connection will be shutdown for a moment

I would like to have them increase their internet speed for the amount that we are paying. I think we consumers should be getting a lot more from our money.
