Are there available netbooks with 3G connectivity?

Hello. I am looking for a cheap netbook or ultraportable computer that has 3G connectivity. I want it to have a SIM card slot so I won't need to carry around a USB dongle. I also want it to be unlocked so I could insert any SIM from any network.
