What is the advantages of Laptop over Desktop?

According to my own perspective, Backup is the advantage of laptop over desktop computers.

There are a number of differences between a laptop and a desktop. but i am going to just site a 2 of them. first laptops are portable , they have a battery which keeps it on even with no electricity, most laptops have more storage space than desktops and many more.

There is the issue of cords .Laptop computers have a single cord ,but desktop computer use multiple cords
