You bet! As a matter of fact, Samsung will be releasing the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus smartphones this month, March 2018!
Both models have been called iterative updates on their predecessors, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, but they both feature updated camera modules that alone make them a worthwhile upgrade.
If you have a Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8 Plus, the price of upgrading might be something you'll have a difficult time justifying, but if you're working with an S7 model or earlier I would highly recommend looking into an upgrade.
