Whatsapp doesn't display "last seen" time stamp?

My Whatsapp application doesn't display the "last seen" time stamp. It shown when someone is online but then doesn't display the "last seen" time.
Does anybody else have the same problem?

I use whatsapp for iphone.

Change your whatsapp  account privacy setting there you may find last seen option , adjust it as everyone , then  you can see others last seen and your last seen can also be seen by others .

You have made last seen as "Nobody" that's why you also can't see your friends last seen. Change Last seen as " everyone " then you can see others lastseen time stamp.
