As of 2018, Viber introduced its translation feature for in-chat translations for a multiple of languages. If you receive any message in a foreign language, it won’t be an obstacle in way of conversation. You can translate any text in real time which will allow you to keep up with the chat easily. To translate a message, long tap on the text to bring up message options.
Actually it works with the help of Google Translate. Your Messages will automatically be translated by Google Translater and it translation will be shown below that message.

Open Viber Mobile App like this
Open any conversation whom you want to send message.
Write your message in Chat Box and click to sent it
Now Tap and Hold for a second to get multiple options.
Now click on the option Translate
Click on "Continue " for sending this message to Google Translate.
You will be able to view both the translation and original message like this
