Offline Mode is a feature that allows you to listen without an internet connection. It can be used automatically as well as manually and is a perfect way to stay connected to music wherever you are.

The feature is only usable for Pandora Plus, Pandora Premium, or Premium Family subscribers, and can only be used from mobile devices, Apple Watches and Fitbits.

Downloading music is different based on your subscription level.

Pandora Plus subscribers:

Automatically three of your most-listened-to stations and (if you still have it) your Thumbprint Radio will be downloaded. These subscribers can’t choose what they want to download.

Pandora Premium or Premium Family subscribers:

You can download music from “My Collection” To do that, click the download button (icon with arrow pointing downward). You can only download eligible tracks.

If you don’t wish to download anymore during the process, tap the download button again and the download will pause.

If your internet connection gets lost during the download process, your partially downloaded playlists, albums and stations will be saved and will resume after you gain a connection.

To view your downloaded content, visit Pandora's "My Collection" page. It's identified by the tiny green icon on the right corner below signifying the saved status. To check out specific content, tap on "All," then select any category such as "Artists," "Songs," etc. from the given options.
