On Mobile App:
• Please make sure you are properly connected with your Discord app and Xbox account.
• You must download the Xbox app from the app store on your mobile device after linking your accounts.You won't be able to transfer Discord Voice to your Xbox console if you don't install the Xbox software.
• Choose a voice channel, swipe up for the audio control settings, and then choose Join on Xbox on your Discord app.
• The Xbox app for your mobile device will now launch if you have downloaded it. If not, a prompt to download it from the app store of your smartphone will appear. After downloading the Xbox app, select the Xbox device to which you want to send Discord audio by pressing the Transfer Audio button.
• That's all, then By swiping up in the voice channel on your Discord mobile app, you can mute and deafen your audio, which will be replicated on your Xbox console.
• Additionally, the associated Discord voice chat, its participants, and other audio management options should be visible in your Xbox under Parties & Chats. From your Xbox console, you can report voice chat participants to Discord.
Note:
If "In-game friends" or "Blocked" are selected as your privacy settings in the Xbox mobile app, you won't be able to talk to anyone outside of your Xbox console.
- Cross-network play is available; set this to Allow.
- You can use voice and text to speak with people outside of Xbox; set this to Everyone.
For Desktop:
• Please make sure you are properly connected with your Discord app and Xbox account.
• You must download the Xbox app from the app store on your mobile device after linking your accounts.You won't be able to transfer Discord Voice to your Xbox console if you don't install the Xbox software.
• Join the voice channel of your choice on your Discord desktop client. In the bottom left corner of the focused voice channel screen, click the phone + gaming controller icon. Right-clicking on the voice channel name is another option.
• Go to Xbox Voice Transfer and choose it.
• You must use your mobile device to scan the QR code that appears in your client. It is essential that you download both the Xbox and Discord mobile apps to your mobile device.
• To finish the Discord voice transfer to Xbox, follow the instructions on your Discord mobile app.
