There's a WIMAX provider by the name of Mada in Kuait. They offer up to 10mbps down, 3.5mbps up depending on location and signal strength. Service plans are month to month or multi-month packages with a slight discount. Their website calls the service unlimited, but in my experience that's doubtful. The service is probably bandwidth capped and then throttled down to a certain rate once you go over the cap, but you'll have to contact them to verify.
