If we have to change wifi password in windows 8, firstly go to control panal the left hand key at your desktop click  Network and Inernet thereafter go to network and sharing center 

Second step is to activate wireless connection, open the network connections window a button named "Change settings of this connections".Click and continue.

In windows 8, go to your network and sharing center page (right click on the wifi connection link), activate the wifi link. And then change the settings of the connection by clicking on a button that is built for that purpose.
