Is the upcoming android lollypop is applicable for samsung galaxy s4?

i have an s4 and i want to know whether the update is for s5 models and above or it includes s4.

According to this article, http://www.businessinsider.com/android-lollipop-release-date-update-2014-10 Samsung hasn't announced yet if Galaxy phones prior S5 will get the Android Lollipop update. It will likely get the update but I'm thinking it'll be later than the rest. Hopefully S4 and below users will get it not too late.
