To reprograme the Blackberry phone:
Remove the battery cover and remove the battery then reinsert it. Press reset button and hold the Alt key during same time and hold the Right Shift key, with both these buttons still pressed, press the Backspace/Delete key . When the screen turns off it indicates that the phone is restarting, release all the keys.
