Sim? Do you mean a sim card? Generally speaking if you want to use your cellular wireless service on a laptop you would use what's called a wireless tether or cellular wireless dongle. It's usually a card, or a USB stick that you plug into your laptop and you essentially log into your cellular service with your laptop and you can enjoy many of the same benefits.
So if you want to do that, you need to contact your provider and ask if they sell the adapters / dongles / cards to use with their service.
