How would you disable the notification in Viber?

My husband ended up uninstalling the app. We have tried everything to disable the notifications everytime he doesn't want to get any and yet, he still gets notification. We can't see any logout feature in it as well.

in viber go to settings and in settings uncheck  NEW MESSAGE POPUP, thats it no notification will b recieved there on.
