As far as I noticed, native apps as those you find preinstalled on Android or iOS are severely competed by web apps, sometimes you don`t have to download them, you only acces them via cloud or browser
I think they will continue to gain more popularity, forcing the hand of manufacturers. Customers are only interested to obtain the same results as delivered by native apps, but with less space occupied on the smartphone
