How to save the address in Google Maps app?

I want to save the address of the place that I visited for later use in Google Maps app in iphone 6. I couldn't figure out the way to do this.

Once you are certain that you want to save a place, place on the Star icon, until it turns bolded and changes color

If you want to check the saved places, go to Menu and select Your Places and then click on the place that you need to view
