Are phone covers effective?

Hey guys just wanted to ask if you use phone covers or not? And if you do, are they effective at mitigating falling damage? Thanks.

They aren’t miracle workers, but they did save my phone a couple of times. Try to get the ones that are made out of rubber and have thick sides; these seem to provide the best protection against impact. Some covers also cover the screen, so look into those too.
