difficulty in understanding an issue and making decisions by exposure to lot and lot of information. i.e information overload.

Yes i do think so because after free data and voice calls, the plans are costly and to have a good data plan you have to pay atleast 500 bucks. Either we have to pay or have to have patience to use less data.
