From what I've heard I have the impression that potatoes were to the Irish what rice is to Pilipinos and Chinese.
Are potatoes common in the diet of the Irish people still?
Do they eat potatoe with their daily food?
Would it be expected to see potatoes served in the majority of meals of Irish restaurants?
