I can confirm Smart is the best for prepaid. No data capping on my end. I try not to overdo it with the torrent but that seems to be okay too. LTE started out great in my area but is now awful. Fortunately 3G speeds are good enough for me not to care. As long as I can stream 720p YouTube video without a hitch, I'm contented.
