I don't even know where to start. I switched to Sprint in December 2017 and every month there has been nothing but foolishness. Customer Service and Retention team speaks to you as if you get these services for free. It's the absolute WORST. Whether that be calling about the device, billing, payments or payment arrangements. I have gotten off the phone in tears after paying $140, $180 and they still interrupt service for $20 because the person I spoke to didn't feel me paying majority of the bill was enough. They refused to let me speak to supervisors saying they don't have the option to transfer me because the supervisor will say the same thing.
