Although the signal is usually good when in Voronezh, when visiting Lipetsk, I've faced some difficulties getting the good signal on my phone. This problem was especially prominent when I was in the park, away from the city center. The Internet signal was even worse, so I practically couldn't watch any videos. Really, the only merit of this particular provider is that it's services are somewhat cheaper compared to the others.
