Are you having troubles with transfering your ownership of mobitel sim connection to another.
Now you can simply transfer your ownership by following these steps.
First you need to provide a letter of authorization.
The new user need to visit any of mobitel outlets with billing proof under the new user's name A connection deposit of minimum Rs.1000/Rs.1500 based on package.
If you are not transferring your deposit to the new user you need;
A transfer fee of Rs.500/-
An NIC copy of the existing customer and of the new user .
