Likes:
• This app is easy to use and understand
• You have access to this app at any time anywhere.
• People get accommodations in good hotels at reasonable price.
• The most liked part of this app is it’s free of cost. You don’t need to subscribe. Its not paid application.

Dislikes:
• Trivago sometimes misleads about hotel room rates and also for availability of rooms.
• Due to high demand. App works slowly. On smart phones app does not show proper details about the locations.
• The most annoying thing is somehow they show wrong navigation on smart phones. Mobile data does not show the right navigation on google if you share your current location.
