App Usage: Likes: 1. Uber is cheaper than a lot of its substitutes. The competition from similar companies and services could be a lot but Uber tops the list by a margin.
2. Uber provides local transport like Cabs, Rickshaws, and Bikes (depending on the region) at a fixed price instead of a rate the driver demands.
Dislikes: 1. Trip cancellation, either by the Driver or the Rider, is costly, the rate for such fines is high and times cancelling the ride is the only option either of the party has.
2. Uber does not drive to all locations, in cities with a wide spread area, a lot of places are not serviced. So the riders face problems having to stop at a point and then take a different form of transportation.
