I have been using Verizon for my internet and cellular usage for the past six years without any complaints. Their service has been mostly reliable and consistent, and when it wasn't they made sure to fix the problem as quickly as possible. I have had trouble with other networks in the past but after switching to Verizon broadband, the internet speeds have been very fast given the region I am located in. I live in Stroudsburg, PA where most towers don't transmit strong signals. Two years ago Verizon installed new underground cables in my neighborhood, and could not have been any happier since.

Overall, I am pleased with their service even though the monthly bill is more expensive than their competition. I could cut my bill by roughly 20% if I chose other service providers in my area, but in my experience Verizon is unique in the sense that they offer very reliable connectivity. This is something I value even though it is more expensive.

I would prefer if Verizon invested more money into improving their broadband speeds and reliability, given the fact that I am paying a premium for this service. I would also like to note that Verizon could do a better job of improving their customer service and hire representatives that fluently understand English.
