Virgin media offers a good broadband service and I am with them since 2016 and did not have any major problems with them so far. Though the broadband speed fluctuated sometimes, but of no serious matter, Their service is prompt and the staff friendly. Their customer services is satisfactory, but it could be improved.

There were hidden charges when I moved home. The prices of their packages are gradually rising and they keep calling me for upgrading my present broadband package. Only when I complained to them about reduced internet speed, then they would come with a new box, saying that they have upgraded to higher speed broadband.
