The customer service is very good and while you can talk to technicians who can help you with any problems the call staff are very pleasant and professional.This is all free including the phone call and any call outs also this is inclusive as with Sky for example you would have to pay.The remote control is very good and easy to use and the quality of the programs are very good.

The service depends somewhat on Sky and has to comply with Sky with the various packages it uses.You cannot pick your favourite channels so it can be disappointing when it comes to finding a cheaper package if the channel is not included.The costs vary from package to package but there are sometimes offers at hand.

I would suggest that they can work with Sky to get rid of the packages and be able to pick your channels individually to your own custom needs and then to ask how much this would cost per month.I would also suggest more deals for long time virgin customers who can get left behind when the deals are given to new subscribers.
