Spent 2 weeks in Berlin last summer. I choosed Vodafone as my cellular service for the whole trip. I spent most of the time in the metropolitan area, and the coverage was pretty good. The calls were all ok, nothing too special. But the data speed was sometime slow, especially in the afternoon. Nonetheless, the price was acceptable. I would recommend choosing Vodafone in Berlin!
